ProResp was recently notified by one of its service providers, Aetonix Systems Inc., that an unauthorized third party gained access to a test environment that contained personal health information. We are treating this matter with the utmost seriousness. We have reached out to all of our affected patients and have also notified them by mail. Please know that we take the privacy of our patients very seriously. We have received assurances from Aetonix that the security measures employed in their production environment (i.e. the system used to provide services to healthcare providers, patients and/or their caregivers) have not been compromised and they are not aware of any misuse of patient information.
