Meet Harry

When Harry needed help hanging a picture in his home, he knew just who to ask.
“How tall are you?” he asked Travis, his ProResp Service Delivery Representative.
“Six foot four,” Travis replied.
“Perfect,” said Harry. “I need a tall fella to help us hang this picture.”
“Sure thing,” said Travis.
Harry and his wife Emmy had just moved into a new townhome.
“The people who lived here before us took the picture with them but left the two screws sticking out of the wall. They told me they were able to hang that picture because they have a relative who is 6’4”. But Emmy and I don’t know anyone that tall,” Harry explained with a laugh.
Harry is recalling this story by way of an explanation. Hanging the picture was no trouble for Travis, but it meant a lot to Harry and Emmy. So Harry called his local ProResp office to compliment the manager on hiring the most friendly, capable and helpful employees. Because it wasn’t just this one time that the ProResp team had made Harry’s day.
“My daughter has a cottage up on the French River that I had been helping to make some renovations to over the past few years,” Harry told us. “But being newly diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get back there. I require 24/7 oxygen and don’t have a lot of energy. We weren’t sure how I would be able to make the 6-hour drive, then get to the boat, and from the boat to the cottage… it seemed like a lot. But when I asked ProResp, they swung into action. They contacted their office up in Sudbury and made sure we had all the equipment and support to make the trip. It was so nice being back there.”
Harry told us that, having worked in business and management, he knows how often companies hear from dissatisfied customers, so he wanted to reach out to share his positive experience.
“The employees I have encountered at ProResp are all such good people. From the delivery guys, to the Respiratory Therapists who were at my home the day I was discharged from hospital, to the people in the office, the service is number one,” added Harry.
Thanks, Harry, for taking the time to share such kind words.
