In collaboration with senior leadership and operational teams, Crystal supports individuals and systems of the organization as ProResp strives to continuously build a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to provide the quality care ProResp is known for.

Since joining the ProResp team in 2009, her broad HR experience has been foundational to developing the Human Resources, Health, Safety, Wellness and Privacy programs in alignment with the ProResp vision and values.

Crystal has a practical, realistic approach to her work; she is committed to enhancing a culture of engagement by launching initiatives that improve the work environment for staff across all ProResp operations, helping make it a great place to work. She is devoted to her work and personal families and appreciates the wonder of the outdoors.
