Kelly Muñoz

As director of Quality & Communications, Kelly has an active role leading and mentoring management in all aspects of quality standards and communications protocols. Kelly and his team share responsibility for planning, organizing and directing activities across all ProResp locations in collaboration with management. This includes building effective response systems and controls for marketing venues, media, and social platforms, while establishing credibility with industry and cause-related associations, and networking with referral sources and other stakeholders. 

Joining ProResp in 1996, Kelly, a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) has a diverse professional background and commitment to relationship management, business development, quality improvement, consensus building and communications. 

Kelly's passion for lung health and better breathing continues outside of work, having served as a Council Member with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario and a Board Director with the Lung Health Foundation.
