Miriam Turnbull

Miriam’s career in respiratory therapy began more than 40 years ago. A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with an MBA, Miriam has been a cornerstone of ProResp since 1991, joining the company just 10 years after it was founded. Since then, Miriam has been a driving force in ProResp's growth, bringing her unwavering commitment to patient care to every aspect of the organization.

Throughout her tenure, Miriam has built a legacy of compassionate leadership. She leads ProResp's teams with the understanding that it is a privilege and responsibility to serve patients and their families well. From senior leadership to front-line healthcare and support teams, she inspires a shared dedication to making a meaningful difference.

Miriam extends her dedication to respiratory care through her involvement with organizations such as the Lung Health Foundation and the Respiratory Therapy Society of Ontario. Her work reflects a genuine commitment to advancing the interests of respiratory compromised individuals, the profession of respiratory therapy, and the broader healthcare community in Ontario.
