Stephanie Saumure

Stephanie is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) overseeing ProResp's North region of operations. Working for ProResp since 2001, Stephanie brings more than two decades of expertise and leadership to her role. From metropolitan settings, to rural communities and remote areas, Stephanie ensures ProResp's high quality care and service reaches patients no matter where they are. 

A graduate of the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences, Stephanie started her respiratory therapy career as a staff RRT with the University Health Network – Toronto General Hospital in 1993, where she gained eight years of experience in acute care before founding a small business where she acquired management and business development skills. This experience prompted her to pursue a career in business development and clinical leadership with ProResp.

Stephanie has been a long-time volunteer of the Lung Health Foundation, among other local initiatives. Stephanie provides mentorship and leadership to ProResp’s Northern Ontario operations, focusing on enabling a culture of optimizing patient care experience.
