Effective December 1, 2018, ProResp Inc. acquired Complete Healthcare Solutions in Sudbury, North Bay and Espanola. This announcement aligns with ProResp's strategic goal to provide value and innovation to the broader health system in Ontario.
Founded by Jana and Jean St-Aubin, Complete Healthcare Solutions provides professional and responsive respiratory therapy services, including oxygen and CPAP therapy, to the communities it serves utilizing the strengths and experience of its founders and team.
"We were at a stage of our business growth where we needed to make some significant changes to our infrastructure, and our long-term plan has always been to someday connect with a larger corporation that mirrored our values and ideas," stated Jean St-Aubin. "This acquisition will be extremely positive for our patients to maintain customer service and quality health care that is second to none, and expand our capabilities for our traveling patients. In addition to acquiring Complete Healthcare Solutions' operations, Jana and Jean St-Aubin and their team will be joining ProResp.
