Mary was diagnosed with COPD ten years ago. That’s when she first started working with ProResp Community Respiratory Therapists. “I know I am looked after,” Mary recently told us. “They are there for you when you need them.”
Mary can’t recall ever having an issue with ProResp in ten years. One time, when her oxygen machine went down in the night, she called in the morning and her ProResp team was there with a new machine by 9:30 AM. Another time, she recalls, she was one town over for a family picnic when her portable oxygen wasn’t working properly. Mary called ProResp and “within the hour they had found me and brought me the replacement parts I needed.”
